Mr Katoki always help Bandai make alot of surprise unit of gundam including latest MG Shinanju ver Ka.This model kit MG If wanna repaint airbrush and sanding surfacing and decaling all the unicorn and extra decoration I think need about 2months process.
The Unicorn took me about 2-3 days to finish it... Well, not as long the previous MG EX-S Gundam which took about a week. So you're chickened out after what you've heard from the shopkeeper... Baa-buck buck buck...
For English translated version, it could take another couple of years... I'm waiting for the Taiwanese version and it still hasn't come yet. As with the "Only Pretty Pictures sell" mindset, let's just say OTAKUS don't enjoy reading at all.
I have the Unicorn too, so far it looked pretty impressive on my desk with some setbacks like loose thighs joints and can't stand still on smooth surfaces (plastics what the hell) I must say, Unicorn is so much better than those 00 Gundams.
Heh, I must be an exception. I'm reading the translated SEED light novels, and I have yet to see the 4th installment, they are still stalled on "The Country of Peace" It tend to shy away from anime to manga to novel adaptation because I have the impression that the translation would be too light.
Since you mention the thighs, would it be recommended that a display be bought for it?
Ah, 00 Gundams are way too streamlined in my taste, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Tieren Master Grade, at least the grunt units look good in 00, and the high grade kit version of the Tieren is pretty damn flexible.
Make sure you keep it the thighs firmly connected to her pelvis, Bandai purposely makes the thighs loose so that you can take her legs off to do the NT-D transformations and snap it back. A display stand is pretty handy for all plamos to show them in flights, but it really brings me back to one question: Since you're gonna fly around, why do you need legs for?
