The model is scary *shudder*
Got myself an MG strike freedom instead...

I asked a shopkeeper/modeler and he said even the head took 2 hours to build O.O

The Unicorn took me about 2-3 days to finish it... Well, not as long the previous MG EX-S Gundam which took about a week.
So you're chickened out after what you've heard from the shopkeeper...
Baa-buck buck buck...

These last five color paintings are FANTASTIC but the watermarks might be a little overboard. It is starting to camouflage the details of the art.

Will they release a translated version of the novel stateside or is the US still in mindset that "Only pretty pictures sell"?

I bought the model myself recently, it certainly looks impressive. I just hope the internal framework is as detailed as the MSZ-006-03 White Unicorn I'm completing.

For English translated version, it could take another couple of years... I'm waiting for the Taiwanese version and it still hasn't come yet. As with the "Only Pretty Pictures sell" mindset, let's just say OTAKUS don't enjoy reading at all.

I have the Unicorn too, so far it looked pretty impressive on my desk with some setbacks like loose thighs joints and can't stand still on smooth surfaces (plastics what the hell) I must say, Unicorn is so much better than those 00 Gundams.

Heh, I must be an exception. I'm reading the translated SEED light novels, and I have yet to see the 4th installment, they are still stalled on "The Country of Peace" It tend to shy away from anime to manga to novel adaptation because I have the impression that the translation would be too light.

Since you mention the thighs, would it be recommended that a display be bought for it?

Ah, 00 Gundams are way too streamlined in my taste, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Tieren Master Grade, at least the grunt units look good in 00, and the high grade kit version of the Tieren is pretty damn flexible.

Make sure you keep it the thighs firmly connected to her pelvis, Bandai purposely makes the thighs loose so that you can take her legs off to do the NT-D transformations and snap it back. A display stand is pretty handy for all plamos to show them in flights, but it really brings me back to one question: Since you're gonna fly around, why do you need legs for?

The AMBAC System of course.

Besides, Char wouldn't be able to perform his signature "Char Kick"
